It has been an absolute pleasure to train this hard-working, dedicated woman!
When we first started training she would complain and was visibly strained after 2 minutes of inclined walking. Now she consistently runs between 6 and 9 miles a week, squats like a pro, and does high intensity circuits that most people would dread!

If you're like most women, you like routines (manicotti Mondays, sauna Sundays). But strict workout routines can wreck havoc on your fitness. Doing the same exercises day in and day out can bore both your muscles and your mind. When many women get bored, they just stop.
Try varying your exercise routine on a regular basis. Combine cardio exercises, sports, strength training, and fitness classes to stay interested.
